Retail Shift Leader

The Retail Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily Retail & Deli shift operation. The Shift Leader monitors and/or performs all transactions in such a manner as to ensure excellent customer service. Reporting Relationship The Retail Shift Leader (1) shall report directly to the General Manager.
