Restaurant Assistant Manager

Restaurant Assistant Manager The Restaurant Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily shift operation of the Diner, Deli, and other food service offerings. The Restaurant Assistant Manager monitors and/or performs all transactions in such a manner as to attract and retain guests while contributing to the operating success.

The Restaurant Cook is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and courteous service, preparing food in a team environment to ensure customer satisfaction contributing to the operating success of the Diner, Deli, and other food services offered by the Creek Travel Plaza.

The Retail Cashier is responsible for selling fuel and travel products to customers, providing fast, friendly, and courteous service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and contributing to the operating success of the business unit.

Kitchen Staff

The Kitchen Staff assists in the preparation of all plates, glassware, and silverware for use in the dining area.
